Kaiserschnecke: guided tour with tasting at the snail farm

The farm of our escargots of the variety "Helix Aspersa Maxima" is located in Ellmau on a small hill with a wonderful open view of the Wild Kaiser. Here, where the clear air from the mountains and forest meets, there is an optimal feel-good climate for our breeding. If you would like to get a glimpse on-site, we gladly accept reservations for a snail farm tour with tasting.

‘Welcome to Tyrol's first vineyard snail farm.’ with Simone Embacher Our ‘Helix Aspersa Maxima’ snail farm is located in Ellmau on a small hill with a marvellous unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. Here, where the clear air of mountain and forest meet, there is an optimal feel-good climate for our breeding. If you would like to see for yourself, we are happy to accept reservations for a snail farm tour with tasting.
