Happy Morning - Hiking and Yoga at Sunrise

Experience a unique morning hike with yoga at a power spot.
During sunrise, we will climb to a viewpoint. Upon reaching the top, we will welcome the day together with a flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels. Afterward, there will be a Pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cacao ritual where you will set an intention for yourself. You will carry this intention into the concluding Metta meditation (Buddhist meditation for a loving attitude toward yourself and the world) - allowing it to resonate within you as...
