From the Wochenbrunner Alm (1085m), you start towards the Gaudeamushütte. Continue over alpine meadows, through latschen fields, and later on a short, somewhat more difficult but secured passage, towards the gravel fields. Now, through the scree field, you head to the Ellmauer Tor (1981m), where a top view awaits you between the steep rock walls. Spectacular peaks are within reach.
