Großglockner High Alpine Road E-bike tour
We start early in the morning by taxi and a bike trailer in the direction of Pinzgau, in the beautiful Salzburgerland. After about one and a half hours we reach the starting point of this wonderful day tour. In Ferleiten (1,145 m) we swing comfortably into the saddle of our e-bikes and climb the "Glocknerkönig route" step by step. With every curve of the high alpine road, a fantastic view of hundreds of mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern opens up to us, which is only surpassed by Austria's majesty - the Großglockner.
Again and again we consciously take time to pause, take photos and enjoy this ride with all our senses. After 12.9 km and 1,283 hm we reach the main destination Fuscher Törl at 2,428 m, where we take a break. Our further route takes us to the Edelweißspitze (2,521 m), where we are rewarded with a view of over 300 three-thousand-metre peaks. Our final destination is the Hochtor at 2,503 m before we turn our attention to the descent. At a moderate, safe pace, we wind our way downhill again, turn by turn, to Ferleiten. With sensational impressions, we start the return journey with our shuttle to Ellmau.

Price excl. e-bike rental: € 86, your brought bike must have at least 650W battery
Price incl. e-bike rental: € 128, rental for the whole day, please indicate your body size in the notes

You need: E-mountain bike, helmet (compulsory), appropriate clothing, sun & rain protection, sufficient drinks, cycling gloves (recommended)
