In 2008, I took over the Ledererhäus'l in Ellmau and converted the apartment building into a holiday home for groups of up to 10 people.
I also like to spend my days off in the house, enjoying a day of skiing or hiking up Hartkaiser.

Cozy Holiday Cottage

The ground floor and 1st upper floor of the Ledererhäus'l are rented out by me as a private landlord, optimal occupancy: 8 people, maximum occupancy: 10 people

Location: Edge of the forest, about 300 m to the Hartkaiserbahn
Includes bed linen, electricity, water, excludes towels
Furnishings: Tyrolean style, wood stove
Apartments: 4 bedrooms, 1 room with sofa bed, 1 kitchen, dining room, living room, sauna, garden, 2 balconies, 2 baby travel cots are available
Kitchen: very well equipped with electric stove and wood stove, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette, hot stone, toaster, kettle
