In 2008, I took over the Ledererhäus'l in Ellmau and converted the apartment building into a holiday home for groups of up to 10 people.
I also like to spend my days off in the house, enjoying a day of skiing or hiking up Hartkaiser.

Quaint Holiday Home

The ground floor and 1st upper floor of the Ledererhäus'l are rented by me as a private landlord, optimal occupancy: 8 persons, maximum occupancy: 10 persons

Location: Edge of the forest, approx. 300 m to the Hartkaiserbahn
Including bed linen, electricity, water, excluding towels, in winter ski depot...

From direction Kufstein take the first gateway Ellmau direction "Hartkaiserbahn", pass the parking at the left side, after appr. 200m on the right side of the street.
