Our holiday apartment with a direct view of the Wilder Kaiser is located in the Berghof in Ellmau right on the ski slope. Ski-in/Ski-out during the main season. The Berghof is an apartment building with 134 holiday apartments. An elevator is available. Free parking in front of the door. Snow chains are required in winter.
Our apartment Top 22 is located on the first floor and has just been renovated and furnished to a high standard.
It has a living room with a double bed and an open kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). Balcony with mountain panorama view of the Wilder Kaiser. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Another sleeping option (bunk bed suitable for 2 children) is located in a separate hallway that is separated from the living room.
Flat-TV with media library, free Wi-Fi available.
Ski room available. Ski boot heating in the basement.

The popular ski and holiday resort of Kitzbühel is only 17 kilometers away. You will find a supermarket within a radius of 1 km, and the Hintersteiner See is about a 10-minute drive from the Berghof. The town center is approximately 700 meters away.
