Our apartment Nr. 11 is located at the Berghof Ellmau – right next to the ski slope.
Put on your skis and ride down to Hartkaiserbahn (Cable car) and the you enjoy 280 km of skitrails in the area and when you return you take one doublechair lift up to to the Astberg mountain and your last downhill ride goes directly to your house !!
In summer, our house is the perfect starting point for your hiking tours.

From Kufstein you take the entrance "Ellmau". Drive to the church and make a right and drive straight up the road "Kirchbichl". You will find our house up the hill on the right side.
Conditions
For the key surrender you have to pay € 100,- upon arrival. You will get this back at departure in cash or on your account.
Bed clothes, towels (1 small, 1 big), bath mat and kitchen towel can be hired for € 30,- /week/person.
