Our Schmiedbauer holiday house is situated in a sunny, central location in the middle of the idyllic village of Ellmau. With comfortably furnished flats, our house is a wonderful destination for the whole family - in summer and winter. We are centrally located in the village, in a quiet location, directly at the ski slope. It is an ideal starting point for countless activities in summer and winter.
The nature at the Hartkaiser impresses in summer with idyll, sports and nature. Cycling, biking and hiking trails are available for young and old and impress with safety and scenery. In Kaiser's most beautiful garden you can indulge in golf on a magnificent 27-hole golf course or you can climb directly up on one of the many secured climbing tours - to the summit of the Wilder Kaiser.
Winter in our ski world on the Wilder Kaiser is always a special kind of pleasure. Whether you are a sporty snowboarder, a fast skier or a leisurely cruiser - you are guaranteed to find the right slope for you here in the Skiwelt.
