For those who want to experience the charm of the village, the flats in the centre of Ellmau are in an ideal location, with shops, restaurants and après-ski within walking distance.

Despite their compact size, Alpen Studios are fully equipped with modern facilities, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and atmospheric furnishings. Description

The studio is located in the Berghof complex on the south side. It is located on floor -2 and is only accessible by stairs.
The complex is located directly on the slopes, Ski in - Ski out!

There is a ski room where you can store your skis and a heated ski boot room inside the complex.

Take the Ellmau West exit and turn right into the village, follow the road straight up past the church. After about 900 meters the complex is on the right.
