Kaiserschmarrn workshop

A Kaiserschmarrn workshop will be held in Ellmau as part of the MARCHplus. A local landlord will teach you how to prepare a traditional Kaiserschmarrn pancake in an entertaining way. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience the local culture and cuisine. Of course, the subsequent tasting is not to be missed.

Registration: by 5.00 pm the day before online or at a tourist information centre in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: min. 4 persons to max. 10 persons | exclusively for guests with Wilder Kaiser GuestCard
Equipment: no equipment required
Cost: free of charge with the Wilder Kaiser GuestCard
Duration: from 15:00 to 17:00
Meeting point: at the Ellmau tourist information centre, Dorf 35, 6352 Ellmau (afterwards, a member of staff from the tourist information centre will take you to an inn within walking distance)
