Guided mountain tour to the Ellmauer Tor

This hike is one of the most popular on the Wilder Kaiser and takes you to the Wochenbrunner Alm and on via the Gaudeamushütte. You climb steadily between the mountain pines and scree fields and approach the Ellmauer Tor. Surrounded by steep rocks, you reach your destination at 1,970 metres and enjoy an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains. After descending via the same route, stop off at the Wochenbrunner Alm and reflect on the unique impressions of this beautiful tour.

Registration: by 5.30 pm the day before online, at a tourist information centre in the Wilder Kaiser region or directly at Schuh & Sport Günther
Participants: min. 4 persons to max. 12 persons
Equipment: appropriate clothing, sun and rain protection, sufficient drinks
Costs: € 50.00 per person, possibly additional costs for a stop at an alpine hut | payment directly to the provider
Duration: from 8:00 am to approx. 2:00 pm | Walking time: approx. 5 hours
Meeting point: at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour at Schuh & Sport Günther, Birkenweg 23, 6352 Ellmau
