Description

Our single-family home is located in the district of Schwendt, in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser - about a 10-minute walk to the village center of Going.

In winter, you can access the cross-country skiing trails or winter hiking paths directly next to our house. The ski bus conveniently takes you to the Astberg valley station, from where you can enter the SkiWelt.

In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain, and biking tours around the Kaiser Mountain range.
