every Tuesday knuckle of pork or duck from the grill on advance order, every Wednesday organic grilled chicken according to grandma's recipe, on Thursdays ripples from the grill and on Fridays oven-fresh crusted roast with dumplings and coleslaw.
On Sunday there is a freshly caught trout from a Tyrolean fish farm.
Daily on advance booking either tartar hat food or cheese or meat fondue are possible!
