Description
The climbing hall at the Ellmauer Kaiserbad is definitely a highlight of the Wilder Kaiser region. Since the climbing hall starts in the basement, it doesn't appear as imposing from the outside as it does inside the building. It offers optimal training conditions for both beginners and advanced climbers.
Climbing equipment can be rented directly at the Kaiserbad ticket office.

Coming from Wörgl or Kufstein on the B178 federal road, take the first turn-off to the left after the Ellmauer Hof (on the right-hand side). Continue straight ahead and keep right at the first fork. After approx. 300 m you will see the Kaiserbad on the left-hand side.
Coming from St. Johann on the B178 federal road, take the first exit to Ellmau and drive straight ahead until the Bauhof junction (green signs - direction Kaiserbad/Kaisergebirge/Wochenbrunn), turn right here and continue straight ahead. Turn left at the first intersection towards Kaiserbad and follow the road for approx. 300 m, then you have reached the Kaiserbad.
