Our house is located on the outskirts of Ellmau in a quiet location near the edge of the forest and is about a 10-minute walk from the center.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find the golf course, the Kaiserbad, and in winter, the cross-country skiing trail. The ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house, and the Hartkaiserbahn can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Our house is an excellent starting point for numerous different hikes in our beautiful surroundings!
