Book a station shuttle
Fill in the form and travel to your accommodation stress-free
The free transfer is only available to participating accommodation providers in the “Green Travel” scheme.
Please book immediately after booking your train ticket, but no later than 72 hours before arrival, subject to availability due to limited places. Please note our opening hours for transfer bookings: weekdays from Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00.
If you have not booked a participating accommodation, you can here book a private transfer from the station or use the free public bus service in the region with the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard to travel into the region by free public bus.
Dog transport on shuttle services
Please note that, for shuttle transfers, dogs must always be transported in a suitable travel crate or carrier
. You are responsible for the cost of this (€14 each way).
Exceptions are made for assistance and guide dogs (e.g. guide dogs for the blind).
This rule is in the interests of the comfort and safety of all passengers, as some fellow travellers may be afraid of dogs,
or may have an allergy.
If you wish to take your dog with you without a transport box ,
this is only possible with a private transfer.
