Mountain sports week 2021
The mountain guides of the region take you on a challenging traverse of the Pölven. The starting point of the tour is the Badhaus inn. From here you continue towards the Lengau Chapel, alternating between hiking trail and forest road, until you reach the Lengau Steig. From here it gets steeper until you reach the entrance to the via ferrata. Wire ropes, a ladder and a more challenging section with alpine demands are rewarded with the view from the Pölvenkreuz. Continue over the ridge to the Mittagskogel, the highest point of the tour, and on to the Kleiner Pölven & the Schwoicher Kreuz. From the Schwoicher Kreuz you return via the Pölvensteig to the centre of Söll. The traverse is secured with a rope by the mountain guides. If someone does not have an auxiliary harness, this can be borrowed from the mountain guide.
