We hike from Scheffau over idyllic alpine pastures and rocky paths to the "secret" summit Sonnenstein at 1.714 m. A wonderful view is waiting for you! Tip: take binoculars with you - with a little luck you will catch a glimpse of wild chamois.
The hike requires good physical condition and some experience when walking along narrow, stony paths.

You need: good physical condition, good walking shoes, sun- or wet weather clothes, hiking sticks, drinks and a snack
Best for: Adults and teens/children from 14 accompanied by their parents (must be sure-footed)
Difficulty level: moderate and partially difficult, walking time aprox. 5 h / ~ 900m altitude & ~ 12 km
Duration: from 9 am until approx. 4 pm
