Going Lake, Wilden Kaiser
Tyrol’s most beautiful natural swimming lake
The Goinger Badesee is situated right on the edge of the forest, with panoramic views of the Kaiser Mountains. An international jury named it Tyrol’s most beautiful natural swimming lake – and not just because it is constantly fed by the springs of the Wilder Kaiser.
On the flat, white sandy beach, which features a separate children’s and non-swimmers’ area, the water warms up to a pleasant 24 degrees. A hundred-metre-long open-air slide makes swimming here a holiday highlight! Meanwhile, the little ones can really let off steam in the adventure playground with its pirate ship, whilst the grown-ups refuel at the lakeside buffet or enjoy sunbathing on the 50,000 m² sunbathing lawn.
Those who enjoy a bit of sport can burn off some energy playing beach volleyball at the “JoeRassics Beacharena” by Goinger Badesee, which features four tournament-standard courts and a warm-up area.
