Experience and discover the Wilder Kaiser region on your hikes. A wealth of quaint and cosy huts, sensational viewpoints and scenic highlights will lead you to your very own stamp collection success.
The Hiking Badges
You can collect the hiking badge once per stay at any of the tourist information centres in the Wilder Kaiser region. You can continue to collect points during your next stay, even if you have already redeemed some.

*The ‘Kaiserkrone’ and ‘Kaiserblüte’ hiking badges can only be collected online via the SummitLynx app.

Download the free app » Register » Collect points throughout the Wilder Kaiser region and reward yourself after successful hikes with the digital hiking pins in bronze, silver and gold or the Wilder Kaiser hiking medal. You can then collect the Wilder Kaiser hiking pins or the hiking medal from the information offices in Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll as the crowning glory of your hikes (for a contribution towards costs of €3.00). You can also collect stamps online along the Kaiserkrone trail using the SummitLynx app. Once you’ve unlocked the digital hiking pin, you’ll receive the corresponding pin and a small souvenir at the four information offices (contribution towards costs: €3.00).
You can also use the SummitLynx app to log all the peaks you’ve climbed worldwide via GPS, thereby keeping your own personal, virtual summit log.
The SummitLynx app also works offline. The map data is downloaded to your iPhone or Android smartphone during installation. Entries are temporarily stored in the app when there is no network coverage and synchronised with the server once a data connection is available. This means you won’t incur any roaming charges whilst abroad.
