Outdoor yoga in one of the most beautiful places in the Wilder Kaiser region - at the Hintersteiner See (in rainy weather there is an alternative location in town).

A yoga practice in which you can also laugh, and afterwards the good feeling of having done something for you. The lesson is suitable for all levels. Depending on the focus, we practice for more grounding, deceleration, joy, or to relax and let go.

The basis of the classes is Vinyasa Yoga. The physical exercises, the so-called asanas, are not practiced individually, but lined up in flowing movements.
