As part of MARCHplus, a Kaiserschmarrn workshop will take place in Ellmau. In a local tavern, you will learn in a fun way how to prepare a traditional Kaiserschmarrn. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience local culture and cuisine.
The subsequent tasting is, of course, also a must.

Registration: until the day before at 5:00 PM online or at a tourism info center in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: at least 4 people to a maximum of 10 people | exclusively for guests with the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard
Equipment: no equipment required
Cost: free for guests with the Wilder Kaiser GästeCard
