During the sunrise, we will ascend to a viewpoint. Upon reaching the top, we will welcome the day together with a flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels. This will be followed by a Pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cacao ritual, where you will set an intention for yourself.
