Hiker's bus to Hintersteiner See lake

Operates daily during summer months (May until October)

Free of charge with a valid Wilder Kaiser Card or lift ticket for the area Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.

Parking:
* Park and Ride car park next to the petrol station in Scheffau, address: Loferer Str. 1, 6351 Scheffau
* Public car park at the Scheffau municipal office, address: Dorf 45, 6351 Scheffau
* Buses: Parking at the Park and Ride car park or 1-2 bus parking spaces at the Scheffau municipal office. Buses over 10 metres long are not allowed to drive to the lake (narrow, winding road). There are no parking facilities for buses / camper vans at the lake

Groups:
Group transportation is not guaranteed. Due to the tight timetable, no special trips for groups possible.
Groups can use the Hintersteiner See hikers' bus like individual guests, but must also let other people on the bus and if necessary, split up into several departure times (= possibly a few minutes waiting time!).
Large Groups can order their own shuttle directly from our taxi providers (chargeable).
