The outdoor fitness walk is the ideal combination of exercise, nature and good humour. Together we combine mobilisation exercises, strengthening, stretching and a pleasant walk outdoors - perfect for getting your body and mind going.

This course is suitable for anyone who wants to start the day actively in the fresh air and with new energy.
