Our house in a sunny and quiet location, directly by the bathing lake, offers a pleasant holiday stay in both summer and winter.
In summer, you are just a short distance from Lake Goinger, which is right next to our house. The bathing lake offers, in addition to an impressive mountain panorama, an adventure playground with a pirate ship, large slides, and a floating island - experience a wonderful day of swimming with the whole family. From our house, you can also perfectly start hikes to the Schleier Waterfall or into the Kaiser Mountains, or take a mountain biking tour to Römerhof.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past our house and invites you to simply step in and enjoy the beautifully groomed trails. Or start a ski day in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental - here you can expect well-groomed slopes and numerous ski huts. The ski bus stop is only 200 meters from our house. Sled down the 4.5 km long toboggan run at Astberg or spend an afternoon at the Goinger ice skating rink.
