Yoga on any day - by appointment

Private yoga classes are tailored to your personal needs and special wishes. We agree on content and time. The classes take place either in my yoga room or as yoga on tour at your place or Via ZOOM. The equipment (yoga mat, aids such as straps and blocks, blanket) is provided if the class takes place directly/personally 1:1 with me in the yoga room or at your place.
