Two lads, both master butchers, set up their own business in 2015 and seize the opportunity offered to them at the MPREIS store in the "Bergdoktor town" of Ellmau in Tyrol. Thomas Trixl and Wolfgang Straif are just 22 and 25 years old at the time.
