‘Welcome to Tyrol's first vineyard snail farm.’ with Simone Embacher Our ‘Helix Aspersa Maxima’ snail farm is located in Ellmau on a small hill with a marvellous unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. Here, where the clear air of mountain and forest meet, there is an optimal feel-good climate for our breeding. If you would like to see for yourself, we are happy to accept reservations for a snail farm tour with tasting.
Registration: by 5.00 pm the day before online or at a tourist information centre in the Wilder Kaiser...
