Sunset hike Zettenkaiserkopf
From the Walleralm, we first hike over a mountain meadow and then steeply uphill through the forest. We tackle the steepest part of the path with the help of a short rope section and continue along the trail. Just before the summit, we enjoy the incredible view. At the top, we take in the sight of Lake Hintersteiner and the surrounding mountains while eagerly waiting for the sunset. Afterwards, equipped with headlamps, we make our way back down to the Stofflhütte. We end the day with a hearty snack and drinks, for those who wish to. Afterwards, we take the shuttle back to Ellmau.

Sunset mountain tour to the Zettenkaiserkopf
The meeting point is at the Top Kaiserguides office and you take the shuttle to the Walleralm. From there, the hike heads north, first across an alpine meadow and then steeply uphill through the forest. You manage the steepest part of the trail via a short rope passage and follow the path. Shortly before the summit, leave the forest behind you and enjoy the incredible view.
