Mountain hike to the Zettenkaiserkopf
Mountain sports week 2021
With the hiking guides of the region, you start the tour at the Steinerne Stiege. Up to the Hintersteiner See lake, the trail continues to the Walleralm pasture. The trail leads upwards via hidden paths in a gully. After a small vantage point with views over the Inntal valley, the trail heads uphill to a steep rope-secured forest gully to the end of the forest area. After a few minutes on rough terrain, you have climbed to the summit of the Zettenkaiserkopf. Return via the same path.
You need: Sure-footedness, no fear of heights, physical condition for approx. 3 hrs. ascent (on foot), good mountaineering boots, hiking & possibly changing clothes, rain protection, sun protection (headgear, glasses, cream), possibly telescopic poles, backpack, at least 1,5l drink & snack

The program is especially for guests with a Wilder Kaiser Guest Card, which you will receive upon arrival in your booked accommodation in the villages of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau and Söll. Program changes reserved!
