Mountain sports week 2021 - Pölven crossing

Summit tour to the Gruttenkopf (moderately difficult)
as part of the Ellmau mountain sports week

With the mountain guides of the region you start the mountain tour from the Wochenbrunner Alm towards the Gruttenhütte. After a short break, the tour continues on stony paths and scree up to the entrance of the "Kopftörl". From here you continue secured, off the marked trails and after an easy ridge climb (1-2) you reach the spectacular viewpoint Gruttenkopf.
