This hike is one of the most popular on the Wilder Kaiser and takes you to the Wochenbrunner Alm and on via the Gaudeamushütte. You climb steadily between the mountain pines and scree fields and approach the Ellmauer Tor. Surrounded by steep rocks, you reach your destination at 1,970 metres and enjoy an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains. After descending via the same route, stop off at the Wochenbrunner Alm and reflect on the unique impressions of this beautiful tour.
