A Kaiserschmarrn workshop will be held in Ellmau as part of the AUTUMNplus. A local landlord will teach you how to prepare a traditional Kaiserschmarrn pancake in an entertaining way. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience the local culture and cuisine. Of course, the subsequent tasting is not to be missed.

Registration: by 5 pm the day before online or at a tourist information centre in the Wilder Kaiser region
