Family moor hike

The history of the Going moor region, which now serves as a habitat for protected marsh plants and unique animals, began millions of years ago. Together with our moor guide, you can hit the trail and enjoy the fascinating and unique nature and diversity.

Registration: until 5pm the day before, online, with your host or at any tourist info of the region Wilder Kaiser
Participants: minimum 4 persons, maximum 15 persons
Price: 5,00 per person; exclusively for guests with Wilder Kaiser guestcard
You need: hiking gear, good shoes, water, sun- and rainprotection, snacks and drinks
Perfect for: families with kids over 5 years; not suitable for buggies, please indicate the age of the children in the comments
Walking-time: about 3 hours
Level of difficulty: easy - medium
Duration: from 10 am until approximately 3 to 4 pm
Meeting point: Parking area bathing lake Going, Aschauerweg 35, 6353 Going (fee required; please pay the parking fee not untsl the guide arrives, as the starting point may vary; arrival by public transport is recommended)

You will receive your Wilder Kaiser GuestCard for free upon arrival at your accomodation in the towns of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau, Söll, and will need to show that at any registration. Programme changes are possible.

If something unforeseen happens, cancellation is possible until the day before at 5 pm.
Cancellations after this time will be charged a lump sum of € 5,-- per person.
