What you can expect: A yoga practice where you can also laugh, and afterwards the good feeling of having done something for yourself. The class is suitable for all levels. Depending on the focus, we practise for more grounding, slowing down, joy, or to relax and let go. How we practise: The basis of the classes is Vinyasa Yoga. The physical exercises, the so-called asanas, are not practised individually, but are strung together in flowing movements.

Registration: online by 17:00 the day before or at a tourist information centre in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: min. 3 people to max. 15 people
Equipment: sportswear, preferably something warm to wear for the final relaxation. Changing facilities and yoga mats are available on site
Cost: € 19.00 per person | payment in cash directly to the provider
