Huize Olthof

Welcome to the website of Huize Olthof. The house has been owned by our family for 35 years and has been rented out since 2014. It was built in Tyrolean style and is suitable for 2-8 people. It is completely self-contained, surrounded by a large green garden on 900m2, offering plenty of privacy, located in the beautiful Söll-Leukental, about a 15-minute walk from Ellmau. The house is situated at an altitude of 790m, about 500 meters from the main road and is easily accessible without snow chains. This area offers numerous opportunities for a wonderful holiday. The house is just a few kilometers away from the beautiful and varied ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. There are over 300 km of continuous ski slopes, making it one of the largest ski resorts in Austria. 90% of the slopes are artificially snowed. But even in other seasons, the area is extremely attractive.
When winter is over, you can hike directly behind our house into the famous Wilder Kaiser mountain range, a breathtaking nature reserve with numerous hiking and climbing routes. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased, as there is a beautiful 27-hole golf course nearby with a stunning view of the Wilder Kaiser. In the village, you will also find the Kaiserbad with many amenities, such as heated indoor and outdoor pools, a natural swimming lake, slides, a children's playground, restaurant, sauna, and tennis halls.
Inside the house, there is a living room with wood and new furniture and a large fireplace. Wood is available for heating. For the hobby cook, there is a new, modern kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, including a microwave, oven, and a large American refrigerator. A cozy wooden corner bench around the table completes the picture. The three bedrooms are furnished in Tyrolean country house style. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one is equipped with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a double sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, and the other has a sink, shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. There is a separate room for storing skis and a boot dryer. Additionally, you will find sports equipment such as tennis rackets, a badminton set, and a football goal. There is a grill, and garden chairs and sun umbrellas are provided.
