Via Ferrata for Active Beginners

The entrance to the vertical world of a via ferrata

You meet up at the Wochenbrunner Alm, the most popular meeting point for climbing tours. After about an hour walk we reach the via ferrata, where we get used to the equipment and a short presentation from the guides. The next via ferrata, called "Klamml" we reach in half an hour walk. The difficulty of Klamml is about B,C. All participants who want to join a more difficult via ferrata have the possibilty to get to know the second part of "Klamml". (Difficulty D).

Every Thursday from June until October, additinal tours in July, August and September on Fridays
Registration: until 5pm the day before online or at the tourist info Wilder Kaiser
Participants: min. 4 - max. 6 persons
Cost: € 90, including rental equipment, payment in cash directly at the guide
You need: good shoes, water and a small snack, sun- and rainprotection, a small backpack, if you have biking or hiking gloves
Perfect for: adults and teenagers, sporty kids over 10 years with parents; ca. 6km & 650hm
Duration: from 8:35am until approximately 2pm
