From the piste to the backcountry - try the world of ski touring

Be brave, come with us and let's make our first tracks in the snow! In the morning we learn the deep snow skiing technique in the area of the ski resort (with lift support). After lunch time we will go on a short ski tour and make our own tracks in the snow. During the first ascent with the skins, we will be shown the ascent technique (creating tracks, hairpin bends,...) and how to use the avalanche transceiver.

Registration: until Sunday, 5 p.m. online or at the tourist info Wilder Kaiser (later upon request by phone at the mountain guide)
Participants: min. 4 to max. 6 persons (2 - 3 participants with extra charge possible)
Price: € 115, cash payment directly to the mountain guide; Additional costs: ski pass
Prerequisite: parallel turns on red piste, fitness for approx. 2 hours on the ascent.
What to bring: Touring skis/boots + skins, poles, (here you find all rental possibilities), rucksack with some food, two pairs of gloves (thick and thin), second hat, possibly a change of shirt, ski clothing, sun protection, helmet.
Duration: from 8:30 a.m. to approx. 3 p.m.
