Sissi and Franzl live in the igloo village in Brixen next winter.
In front of the imposing backdrop of the Kitzbüheler Alps visitors were able to visit the fascinating "Arctic of the Eskimos", which uniquely linked the glittering world of ice-skating with the life of the Eskimos. The ALPENIGLU® village, located in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, asked for an ample space for the various themes of the Arctic - from traditional hunting scenes, family celebrations and mysterious shaman ceremonies to an area of around 2,500 m² and 18 high-altitude iglofts to the modern life of the Inuit the way of life of famous ice-skaters was carved in ice and snow.
The night in the igloo is a very special winter experience. For one night in the Igloo Hotel, guests receive a complete package with dinner at the ice-cream parlor and entertaining social program.
From the end of December to the end of March, the Igloo Village is open for guests and visitors (depending on snow conditions and weather).
