You also want to get fit for winter sports off the slopes or recover your muscles a bit from the exhausting skiing? It's a match!
In this outdoor workout we combine strength and coordination training with mobility exercises. This reduces the risk of injury while skiing and improves coordination for the perfect turn on the slopes. Even already tired and hungover muscles are welcome and will be easily activated during the training, in order to regenerate afterwards in the best possible way and to be fit again for the next ski day.
All sport levels can participate, shelter for bad weather available.
