Ellmauer Kaiserwochen - lantern hike at the Hartkaiser
every Thursday between 6th  - 27th January 2024

During the Ellmauer Kaiserweeks a guided lantern hike takes place at the Hartkaiser (1550m). Under the light of the lanterns the easy winter hike leads through Ellmi's enchanted forest.

You get the KaiserwochenBonusPass with your Wilder Kaiser GuestCard at one of the information offices for free. The Wilder Kaiser GuestCard you receive free of charge upon arrival at your accommodation in the Wilder Kaiser region (in the villages of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau or Söll).

With the Kaiserwochen BonusPass, a ride up and down the mountain with the Hartkaiserbahn cable car between 6 and 10 pm is free of charge. The restaurant Bergkaiser is open from 6pm - 10pm. The lantern walk starts at 7pm in front of the Restaurant Bergkaiser (top station of the Hartkaiserbahn).

Registration: only for the lantern hike until Wednesday, 5pm online or in the information office.
Participants: max. 30 persons, good shoes required
