Happy Morning - Hiking and Yoga at Sunrise
Experience a unique morning hike with yoga at a power spot.
During the sunrise, we will climb a viewpoint together. Upon reaching the top, we welcome the day with a flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels. Following this, you will participate in a pranayama session (breathing exercise) to calm the mind, followed by a cacao ritual where you set an intention for yourself. You will carry this intention into the concluding Metta meditation (Buddhist meditation for a loving attitude towards yourself and the world) and allow it to resonate within you afterwards.
