Children get a reduction in the room of their parents, when they are the third person in the room.
The local tax of € 2,-- per adult/day has to be added (from persons over 15 years of age)
We ask for understanding that we accept dogs with a maximum of 40 cm shoulder height.
Dog races known to be aggressive are not allowed. We charge € 22,-- to € 25,--(without food) per day. Please bring a blanket or a basket with you. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurants, indoor swimming pool area, at the Kaiserbar, in the beauty farm and the Kaiser-Vital-World. Please keep your dog on a leash. The hotel reserves the right to charge a final cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Thank you for your understanding
Cancellation Conditions:
The Austrian HOTEL-CONTRACT-CONDITIONS apply. Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival. It is possible to book a travel cancellation insurance policy directly with your reservations
If you pay the final bill in cash, you will receive a voucher of € 25,-- for a treatment at our Beauty-Kaiser-Vital-World. We also accept cash cards (A, D and NL) or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners).
