Husky Day |

Only a year after introduction, the
husky day has a cult like status and will be offered, due to the strong demands,
twice a week the upcoming winter season.
Starting point of this adventurous day is the info office of Söll, from where the guests will be walked up to the Franzlhof -a comfortable walk (approx. 15 minutes). Then you will be welcomed by the Musher Erwin, his wife Margit and of course the husky herd, mostly barking full of joy.
Our herbal fairy Conny acts as a translator and is ready with a hot punch and t he fireplace, so that nobody remains cold and untouched.
After the introduction the journey in the sledge begins (only one person will be “carried” on the sledge, whereas children receive the precedence). Over and over Erwin tells stories from their everyday life as a Musher and gives cheerful and interesting facts about their herd and the unique arrangement. Warm clothing and steady footwear is recommended.
The husky day is also carried out with little snow alternatively on a Dry Sledge sledge, program modifications are subject to the TVB Wilder Kaiser/ Info Office Söll.
The number of participants is per day on
maximum 15 persons, therefore, please do reserve in advance at the info office in Söll. |
