With summit experience: via the north ascent through the Ellmauer Tor - and up to the Vordere Goinger Halt (2,242m)

Experience the fascination of the famous cliffs where climbing history was made! A taxi takes you to Kaiserbachtal amidst the nature reserve " Kaiser mountains " to Griesner Alm (1.024m) in a wild and romantic rock basin. From there you start with the guide towards Stripsenjoch house, continue along the trail Egger and the Stone gutter on the tightrope path. You will be rewarded with a great view while walking through the Ellmauer Tor (2.006m). This part of the route between the rugged, steep cliffs is very impressive. Now heading to the summit of the Goinger Halt (2.242m). After the amazing views of the Söllandl you go downhill to the Wochenbrunner Alm and take a taxi back to Ellmau. Altitude meters: 1200m; Condition needed for about 4 hours for the ascent and descent about 2 hours, hence surefootedness and head for heights are requiered.

Registration: until Monday, 12 o'clock online or at the tourist info Wilder Kaiser
Participants: min. 4 - max. 6 persons (2 - 3 people with surcharge possible)
Price: € 130 including taxi transfer and climbing equipment, payment in cash, directly at the mountain guide
You need: hiking gear (good shoes, enough water, snacks, sun- and rainprotection)
Walking-time: 4 hours for the ascent and descent about 2 hours (ca. 12km & 1350hm), difficult tour
Duration: 6:45am until 4pm
